On February 22, 2010, the Wasilla City Council created the Library Needs Committee through passage of Resolution Serial No. 10-10. The term of the committee is for three years, from March 16, 2010-March 16, 2013; however, the committee has been tasked with giving the City Council a working document by June 16, 2010.
